| The course tuition includes PdM textbook/workbook, RCM textbook and a workbook, lunch and refreshments. Lodging and transportation are not included. The tuition fee for this comprehensive 3-day course is $1200 dollars before June 1st and $1400 after. Four or more registrations from the same organization will receive a 10% discount. Cancellation must be received in writing by June 1st, 2008 and will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee; after June 1st, a fee of $250 will be charged.
